The opportunity at [Meridian Edge Capital] sits at the intersection of three areas that have defined my career: technology investment evaluation, transaction execution, and strategic growth alongside founders and senior management teams.

Over the past eighteen years, I have worked across technology investment banking, private capital and strategic advisory, evaluating businesses across software, data, digital infrastructure, industrial technology and technology-enabled services. That experience has required not only financial analysis and valuation, but also judgement around market structure, competitive positioning, recurring-revenue economics, business-model durability and downside risk.

Alongside investment and transaction work, I have increasingly worked with management teams and boards on the questions that determine whether the investment case ultimately translates into value: where to allocate capital, which markets and business models to prioritise, how to sharpen strategic positioning, when to pursue M&A, and how to convert growth opportunities into executable initiatives.

The role requires someone who can move comfortably between investment thesis development, commercial diligence and valuation on one side, and portfolio strategy, business-model development and value creation on the other — while working directly with investment partners, founders and portfolio executives.
